3½ cups all-purpose flour
1 packet instant yeast (2¼ tsp)
1 tbsp sugar
1½ tsp salt
1¼ cups warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Egg wash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp water

In a large bowl mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until dough forms.
Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in oiled bowl, cover, rise 1 hour until doubled.
Divide into 4 equal balls, shape into rounds.
Place on lined baking sheet, cover, rest 30 minutes.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly, cut tops, hollow centers.
