INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Chopped into bite size pieces. About 1 inch)
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes (Cut into 1 Inch Cubes)
- 1 Large Yellow Onion (Peeled, quartered, layers separated into large pieces)
- 9 Small Sweet Peppers (Cut into large pieces)
- 5 Garlic Cloves (Peeled)
- 4 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1-1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Rosemary
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (Skip if you don’t like spice)
Add Chicken, Potatoes, Onion, Peppers, & Garlic cloves onto a baking sheet.
Add olive oil and stir so everything is coated in the oil.
Add the seasonings and stir again until it’s all seasoned.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40- 45 Minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.
